Although I took notes and am journaling through the tips given, I had to go back to make sure I didn't miss a thing. Jen has a strong, personal voice throughout that connected with me on a deep level. She has been there! She gets me! I could hear her speaking to me; the chronic dieter, the self-sabotage queen of weight loss, the voice in my head that asks "how could I have gained back all that weight AGAIN?". She pulls no punches as she guides the reader through the journey of self-discovery by providing the same steps she took to get there.
